It is my pleasure to give unto you the first of many Official Proclamations.

Proclamation #1
Let
it be known that on the planet of Venus, Marriage and Unions are to
be between consenting adults. They are to be declared legally through
a member of the court. Marriage or Unions can be dissolved through a
member of the court but only with the consent of all involved
parties. The government may not deny Marriage or Union to any
Consenting parties.
All
drugs are to be legal only to people over the age of consent.
