Be it known that the following Department has been officially formed with a Minister as the head of it. Each Ministerial position is now to be elected on this day of every other year. Whoever achieves the majority vote shall hold the position until the next election. They are to be sworn in on the following day.
-The Department of Earthly Affairs. As we are currently unable to inhabit our Planet, we must inhabit another. While on Earth we must make sure that the Earthly Governments do not mistreat our refugees, as well as our Planet. The current Minister is Sir Benjamin Wagner of Beta Regio. He is to hold this position till The 7th of February, Year 2016.
